Our Go-To Green Juice Recipe
Health and wellness are at the top of our self-care lists this year, and what better way to start off than with a hearty green juice recipe. We’ve been going through countless recipes every week trying to find the perfect one that is equal parts healthy and filling as it is delicious. If you live in LA, you know that green juice is just as much an everyday staple as your Gucci purse or Manolo Blahnik shoes. You can’t really live without it, and it gives you the correct amount of energy to get through a busy work day.
After many test trials and hours spent bent over a juicer, we finally mastered the perfect green juice recipe. With any recipes, we encourage you to add or subtract any of these ingredients to your personal liking. To start off, you are going to need these key ingredients:
4 apples, cored
2 to 3 cucumbers
A handful of parsley
2 handfuls of spinach
4 stalks of kale
1 bunch of celery
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp ginger root
Once you’ve assembled your ingredients, all you have to do is juice! For the ones who enjoy a sweeter drink, we encourage to either double up on the apples and lemon juice or take out a stalk of kale. For those who like a super greens green juice, we suggest omitting the fruit altogether and adding more kale, spinach, cucumber or any other vegetables you like into the juicer.
This green juice recipe is perfect for when you want a clean jump start to your day or an energy booster in the afternoon. Juicing is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins and minerals in, and we truly cannot get enough.
