Trends for Spring 2021
As longer and warmer days start to approach, it is impertinent that we begin to shed our winter coats for something a bit more practical, fun, and light. Spring time in Los Angeles is undoubtedly one of the best seasons in the city and brings with it blooming flowers and consistent warm weather. It is also the time of the season where everyone puts their best fashionable foot forward and struts their stuff down the city streets. If this Spring will be anything like last years, expect to see top trends being flaunted at your local park or grocery store.
No matter if you are trying to look good while walking your dog or picking up fresh produce, make sure that these items are a staple in your Spring closet.
1) Bubblegum Pink Pieces
A fun way to get into the Spring season is to wear one of the most vibrant colors there is. This bright shade has been seen on numerous catwalks and city streets alike, so you know it is going to be the βitβ color of the season. If you are trying to gradually bring this pink hue into your wardrobe, start off small with accessories and gradually increase to dresses or pants that are in the fun shade.
2) Oversized Button Downs
If you are looking to update your WFH attire, start bringing in oversized pieces that elevate your day-to-day pieces. One of the ways you can do this is by investing in a a nice, oversized button down. It is equal parts practical and classy and can spruce up any pair of leggings or pajama bottoms. We are always partial to a crisp, clean button down, but you can always go for bright colors if you want a pop of color.
3) Yellow & Tan Pieces
This color combination may seem a little questionable, but putting the right shade of yellow and brown together actually creates a beautiful minimalist look that compliments the overall warm season. Some of our favorite ways to dress up this color combo is to pair brown slacks or jeans with a mustard top or bringing in neutral elements into a bright yellow dress. The possibilities are endless with this color pairing, and we believe it will live out well into the summer and autumn seasons.
4) Sheer Dresses
If youβre ready to show off your bikini body early this year, then this trend is for you. We love a good sheer moment, and there have been a number of these pieces popping up in a majority of stores. We obviously think that pairing a see through dress with some sort of under shirt or dress is a nice look, but if the full sheer look is what youβre going for, do it! Spring is the season to blossom and flourish into yourselves, so why not flaunt what you have.
We are so excited for these new trends to start showing up everywhere, from our Instagram feeds to our weekly neighborhood strolls. Make sure to let us know what you think of these trends and if you have already started getting into any of them. You can always DM us on Instagram.
