The Trevor Project
June is Pride Month, aimed to commemorate the Stonewall Riots that happened in June of 1969. While we should celebrate LGBTQ+ people everyday, this month showcases the many voices in the LGBTQ+ community who advocate for change, justice, and equality. We wanted to take the time to highlight The Trevor Project.
The Trevor Project is the world's leading organization dealing with crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ people under the age of 25. It was founded in 1998 and offers accredited life-saving, life-affirming programs and services to LGBTQ youth that create safe, accepting and inclusive environments over the phone, online and through text.
